Return/ Exchange
All toys are deemed to be intact prior to postage. We will be happy to return the toys if they are damaged via transport and must be notified within  2 days of receiving the product and product must be sent back within 10 days. In this case we will pay for the shipping costs.
  

 When returning, the item must still be in all the original packaging and include all labels. We will not accept returns if products are not in presale condition.

   Before returning an item please email us with intent, order number, name and address and name of product being returned.

 Payment Information

We will accept orders via email,  and payments via Pay Pal, cheque, direct bank deposit payments and credit card. Our payment system is with ANZ E-gate or paypal.

Please log in as a member so you do not have to keep putting your details in every time you order. Then use the shopping cart to put in your orders.  You will find the customer log in in green section on top of home page.

 Please note that products will not be delivered until funds have been cleared and postage usually takes up to 8  days for a city address  when in the heavy christmas period. Longer if you are out in the countryside. Australia Post is used for delivery.

Postage

Flat rate for total products bought is $6.70 AUD for products being posted in Australia only

Currently this is done via Australia Post and is normally posted within 2 days of ordering if your funds have been cleared.

It then can take from 3 days to a week to arrive at your doorstep.  Christmas period it will take longer around 7 days.

  If you want items to be posted by registered mail or express posted it will cost extra.
